Who Are We and What Motivates Us

The shift from traditional venture investing to venture studios mirrors the early 2000s' move from waterfall to agile - a faster, more cost-efficient approach to tackling early, uncertain ideas.

Motivated by this, we founded Leap AI in the fall of 2023. We are combining our collective expertise and passion to apply the studio model to the intersection of Gen AI and biotech/healthcare innovation.

Our winning formula is based on a unique mix of talent and investments in our proprietary healthcare AI platforms and a rigorous process that enables us to manage all phases of venture creation and execution.

Co-founder of Leap AI and former US CEO & Chair, EVP Strategy and Board Advisor at Reaktor, global software agency with a Venture Studio of 30 companies. Chair of IPO'ed LP holdings. Managing Director PwC US Digital Strategy, EY Private Equity Tech Advisory Leader, and Accenture Technology Strategist. Co-founder, CFO and Chair of a D2C business with 120K+ customers. Engineering leader at a software startup with $100M funding, acquired by IBM.

Serdar is an experienced entrepreneur specializing in genomics, biotech, systems engineering, artificial intelligence, and data science. With over 20 years of management experience, he has led international mergers and acquisitions and achieved over $40M in new business wins. His entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Leap AI; Novity, a physics-based predictive maintenance platform for manufacturing; and CyDesign Labs, a company that pioneered a cloud platform for model-based design optimization.

Mikko has been a senior advisor in data & AI strategy for business and government leadership and spearheaded AI transformation for multiple industries.

Juho-Pekka is a seasoned strategist, operator, and entrepreneur with 15+ years of leadership experience.
